Gove slams Welsh Labour Minister after he interferes with Brexit negotiations asking Britain to drop its red lines on fisheries.

EXPRESS /// In a letter to Jeremy Miles, Wale’s Minister for European Transition, Mr Gove revealed Britain will not back down on demands to the EU over fisheries.

He wrote: “I am afraid we strongly disagree with your premise that we should `back down’ on fisheries. “The UK Government’s view is that in all circumstances, the UK must be an independent coastal state, no longer be bound by the Common Fisheries Policy.” This is a breaking story.

#NEWSLINKS: I want to say I’m shocked, but I’m not. Over and over again we find remainer ministers conspiring behind the backs of the United Kingdom negotiation team. How dare Welsh Labour ask for Britain to drop its red lines on fisheries.

We will never give in to a foreign entity; those waters are British sovereign waters and are not for giving away. Doesn’t this show where Labour priorities lie, thank God their not in charge. What’re your thoughts on this?

  1. Well done Gove!! Tell this idiot of a labour MP to resign. Any backdown to the EU will have its consequences. NO DEAL!! For Gods sake let’s put an end to Brexit!!

  2. No deal and no fishing

  3. Only an Australian or Canada deal will suffice. We need our fishing waters back, end of.

  4. The Welsh can’t get their priorities right over the fiasco of the ruling of their super markets so thank goodness they are not negotiating with the EU
